CHARLOTTE MARCY is a mindfulness and meditation teacher who works with leaders, teams and individuals and shows them how to get more from their life, than just coping with the demands of their day.
She has drawn on over twenty years of meditation, mindfulness and yoga practice to develop her nine-step momentOM™ program for living an engaged and energized life.
Originally from France, Charlotte moved to the US in 1995 with her family, leaving behind a successful career in the fashion industry as a women’s outdoor wear designer. Before reinventing herself as an entrepreneur, running a successful business as a translator and instructor of French, Charlotte signed up for a Kundalini Yoga class… and never left! Mindfulness, meditation and yoga became powerful tools to manage the multiple demands of her life as a working mother.
Knowing that her interest was more than just a hobby, after years of daily practice, she trained in 2012 to become a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.
Informally coaching people from all walks of life as they turned to her for insight at key transition times in their life, Charlotte decided to formally train as a coach through the International Coaching Federation recognized program and now adds a coaching certification to her list of qualifications.
Now building her practice locally and internationally, Charlotte works with leaders, teams and individuals, showing them how meditation and mindfulness can make living life in a 24/7 world a much less stressful time.
Charlotte starts and finishes each day with meditation. When she is not coaching or teaching, she enjoys reading, walking, and simply living and loving life’s moments with her husband and their 6 grown-up sons.
